We are in-network providers for: Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Beacon Health, Kaiser, Value Options

Self-Pay Rate: $140 ($165 first session)

On-Site Concierge Services: $250 first hour, $150 each additional hour.  Additional fee if over 5 miles from mid-town Fort Collins.

$300 Brain Map (Acquisition, Psychological Assessments, Report, Interpretation)

Training in Office – Biofeedback/Neurofeedback
Includes a prescribed mix of Heart-Rate Variability, Neurofeedback, Photic Stim, Cranial Stim, GSR, EMG, PEMF)
All services provided by Dustin Johnson, Board Certified Neurotherapist
$60 (30 Minutes Without Psychotherapy)
$85  (55 Minutes Without Psychotherapy)
$125  (55 Minutes With Psychotherapy)
$200 (40 Minutes sLORETTA neurofeedback)

Training at Home – 19 Channel Assessment-Guided, Neurotherapist-Monitored
$40 per session, or
$30 per session (block of 20+), or
$140 unlimited sessions weekly
All require $50 equipment rental per week
